Do you need to change the engine air filter and the pollen air filter in your Jaguar XF (X250) Diesel V6? Then this is the right tutorial for you. For a modern car, I was surprised at how easy it was to do. Mind the brittle plastic bits, though.
Jaguar XF S – Episode 1 – Presentation
After owning my 2010 Jaguar XF S V6 Diesel Portfolio for just about three years, I’ve finally decided it would be time to share it with my YouTube community. Enjoy this presentation, as I have in mind to make a bunch of content with this car.
Quickjack – Lifting KITT
After a disappointing first attempt to use my brand new Quickjack 5000TL on my Jaguar XF S, I’m now raising my hopes with KITT, my third gen Firebird Trans Am.
Quickjack – Unboxing & installation
I finally made the move and bought a Quickjack 5000TL. I’ve been watchting on other YouTuber’s videos for years and wanted to get one for myself for years, especially given the fact that they are perfectly suited for someone who has a home garage and not the space of a professional workshop.
Knight Rider dashboard build – Episode 5 – Why ideegeniali?
A viewer recently asked me why I chose ideegeniali for my KITT dashboard electronics over other manufacturers like ZA or Jupiter Electronics. Here’s my one take on the subject.
Knight Rider dashboard build – Episode 4 – Redoing some fiberglass work
In this update I share the latest progress on my KITT dashboard build. There’s still lots of trimming, sanding, cutting and even fiberglass work going on.
New steering wheel – removing the airbag
The thirdgen Firebird is an 80’s design icon. However, for the 1990 model year, Pontiac introduced the steering wheel airbag, which in my opinion never really suited the style of the interior. I’ve found a more period correct steering wheel. Not an original Firebird steering wheel from the previous years, but a new style from VSW. It’s 35 cm in diameter, compared to the 38 cm of the OEM steering wheel. Just slightly smaller, so you don’t really notice it when you see it, but definitely feels more like a Go Kart when you drive it.
Parts used:
Steering wheel: VSW S6 Leather Series – ST3060B-8B-21BLK
Adapter: 6061 Billet Aluminum
Compatible with 1969 – 1994 Pontiac Firebird or Chevrolet Camaro (and others)

Knight Rider dashboard build – Episode 2 – Switchpod & PANP buttons
Just a quick video to let my viewers and subscribers know that I’m still around and still building my Knight Rider KITT dashboard. I’ll be getting back to more content intensive video in the fall / autumn. Stay tuned and check out my Instagram @motorscotti for regular small updates.
